Are you a restaurant trained chef?​

Contrary to popular belief, no. A lot of my skills and culinary art have been developed by self-study and I am self-taught. I see myself as a home chef on a culinary journey.

Do you have any qualifications?

​I have a Level 3 certificate in Food Hygiene & Safety which is valid until 2028.​

When you start offering your private dining services, â€‹what areas will you cover?​

Due to logistics and the size of the team, at present I aim to serve the London area. Transport costs will be calculated after locations have been shared. Depending on the need and practicality, other areas can be considered on an ad hoc basis. Please send me an email to enquire further.
